Gregg began serving as the FBA Director of Missions in August 2023. He served as a youth pastor for 21 years at Peachtree Corners Baptist Church in Norcross, GA and Bellevue Baptist Church in Cordova, TN. He helped launch the Bellevue Arlington campus as Discipleship Pastor. Gregg then served as Missions Pastor for ten years at Red Bank Baptist Church in Chattanooga, TN, including serving as Campus Pastor of their Signal Mountain campus, The Point Church at Signal. Gregg graduated from Memphis State University and holds a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary and a DMin from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has been married to Allyson for 37 years and has three married children and five grandchildren.
